hoose and Wed is an advertising platform providing targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replaces the traditional newspaper classified. The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavours.
The Site is a serious matchmaking platform to seek a life partner and is not a casual dating site.
We offer Premium Memberships wherein one can promote his/her profile on various chooseandwed.com pages such as Premium Interest Wall, Inbox, Search Results, Emails,chat, SMS, etc.
In order to use this Site, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
Choose and Wed site is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.
Our Responsibilities
We reserve the right to reject an application on any basis and without providing a reason. We reserve the right to expel you immediately in the event that your behaviour causes a complaint and we consider that complaint to be serious and justified. No refunds will be provided.
We reserve the right to suspend any profile, within notice, if we deem; it to be inappropriate; or acting in an inappropriate manner; or breaking the site Terms and Conditions or site Code of Conduct; or for other safety and security reasons. One non-returnable photograph for display as part of the member profile on the site or one colour image sent electronically via e-mail in such format as we notify you in advance. Any act of misuse of profile data (Name, contact details, personal details, photos, etc.) will call for an immediate legal action.
User responsibility
Choose and Wed is just a platform for the individuals to showcase their profile so as to find a partner. It is advised to verify the details beforehand and proceed for a matchmaking and strictly not to share any kind of sensitive information to third parties. Any disputes arising are beyond the limits/subject of chooseandwed.com

You agree to pay for our service:
Members be aware that the servers belong to third party and the continuation to access the services are subject to availability as the same is interrupted at times by technical problems /hackers etc. and the Site or the parent company is not responsible for the costs/damages/extension of activation period etc. for the same in any manner under any circumstances. The members are advised to spool the messages etc. offline and save them elsewhere in order to avoid any hacking or technical problem.
The Site reserves their right to block or delete the webpage at any time without assigning any reason etc. and the member/s will have no claim or right whatsoever against the Site under any circumstances.
As long as you use the site or remain to be a Member at the Site, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions that have been provided in your folder.
Choose and Wed may terminate your access to the Site or your membership at any time, for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to chooseandwed.com.
If Choose and Wed terminates your membership breaching the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect inclusive of this Agreement.
You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to the Site or otherwise. Companies, organizations and/or businesses may not become Members of the Site and should not use the services provided by the site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
The Site has the authority to screen and delete at any time any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of the Site violates the Terms of Use or which might be objectionable, offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of the site or its members without prior notice to any Member.
You, as a member, would be solely responsible for the content that you decide to publish or display at the Site or choose to send to the members at the Site.
The Site doesn't allow posting of multiple profiles of the same person. The Site reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
Choose and Wed will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition chooseandwed.com may on its own or as may be directed, provide any information required to the law enforcement authorities for any above wrongful usage. At chooseandwed.com, we respect the privacy of our users and in furtherance of the same Service Provider has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information chooseandwed.com collects, and how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices about such usage and disclosures. Chooseandwed Matrimony will not refund any payment to any member for any reason whatsoever except in the case of error on Chooseandwed matrimony's part.
You may terminate your Chooseandwed Matrimony membership at any time, for any reason. But the payments made by members by way of registration / membership / renewal fee / auto renewal is /are treated as non-refundable.
In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
Refunds are not permitted for members who have paid in full and then wish to take a discounted offer or promotion instead. You may not cancel your membership to buy a cheaper deal, as your IP address is recorded and we reserve the right to ban your account on this basis. Please note that all monthly subscriptions automatically re-bill at the end of the initial subscription term.
Choose and Wed will not refund any payment to any member for any reason whatsoever except in the case of error on Choose and Wed's part.

A refund can NOT be given in part or whole for any subscription used or not used by any member for whatever reason. Users who wish to cancel their subscription are not permitted to seek a partial or full refund for any reason.
If you do not wish to be billed again after your initial purchase, you must cancel your membership prior to the scheduled re-bill date. If your membership is not cancelled before then, we reserve the right not to refund you on payments made to us due to your mistake.
If a user wishes to cancel his/her subscription or requests a refund, he/she has to meet the criteria given below:
A refund of 50% of the actual payment made after using the discount/coupon will be made within 14 working days if all the criteria are met.

Any refunds issued will be processed and completed within 14 days of the initial refund request.
Note: Any disputes arising are subject to Karimnagar jurisdiction only.
